This means you generally do not need to call us for the inevitable/normal issues regarding networks, desktops, or other networked equipment – we’ll likely have already found and fixed them remotely. With HVITS, your downtime is minimal/non-existent. Management of backups and disaster recovery is also handled by our managed services. We also offer managed help-desk support for your users. Users can open and monitor status of their support requests right from their desktops.
